Every time I reach this state I tell myself: I won't do it again.
Then I forget and want to do it again.
In my case, I order takeout. I eat some in the car and the rest at home. By then I'm already full. I take any drink from the fridge: soda, plant milk or a drink from the order. I pour in as much as I can with a funnel - no more than a liter goes in.
After something like that, the rest of the day is a torture with the feeling that I'm going to be torn apart, and every movement makes me feel like I'm up to my neck in food.
