My first exposure to feederism was through a YouTube video and the two people were on the EXTREME side of harmful feederism. It was not a consensual relationship so it was actually harmful. I was very turned off and didn't think it was for me. Then I stumbled upon it in someone's profile and quickly discovered the empowering side of this world. I'm glad I gave it another chance because I've made some strong connections in the last few months.

I'm petty AF with family members who tease me more than once. One off comment? Sure whatever, ha ha. Come at me again and I'm asking you about whether this 3rd marriage of yours is really "the one." Hell, I'll go after someone for being a shitty parent. That shuts them up real fast.

i remember watching a really old YouTube video that covered harmful feederism. I was immediately turned off so I never explored it. Many years later (about 3 months ago) I met a FFA and we got to talking about it and she introduced me to the world and let me know it doesn't have to be on the extreme side like my original introduction years ago. so here i am and have met some really nice ppl so far.

can confirm on the lifestyle change. what worked for me was cutting junk food and significantly reducing carbs and a complete cut off of sugar. it was really hard the first couple of weeks but I managed. I lost a lot of weight and was able to get to a point where I could go on long walks, go for intermediate level hikes. think i may get back on that journey again because i did gain it all back.

Weight loss is a weird subject in this community. And I get it. We don't want to hear about it after everyone and their mama nagging and shaming us for either being fat or liking fat people.
But you gotta have balance. And sometimes, you get too fat to enjoy the life you wish to lead. And that's okay. Weight loss doesn't mean being a size 2 with abs. (Although if you want that, more power to you.) Weight loss can be going from fat to chubby or losing 20lbs. It's not all or nothing.
aye, and when I did lose enough weight to go on said hikes/walks I still had some heft to me of course. i may never get rid of this belly lol and I've come to terms with that. the added mobility was nice. and you're right, talking about weight loss in this community may not be our favorite topic, but if health is a concern sometimes it's the right call. That's where I'm at, it's becoming a health issue and it's up to me to change that.

For me it was when I got out of bed and was out of breath. Then again walking to my car was tiring. It snuck up on me.

Yall have motivated me to get a new scale. My scale caps at 440lbs and it errors out when I step on it. Hard to say where I'm at but a new scale should answer that for me!
