You've got this.💪🏽
Maybe when you get to the point of feeling uncomfortable, just slow down a little.

Don't worry about the "junk food" label people have given it.
If you eat 1000 calories of snacks vs 1000 calories of pasta....Your body is either going to store it as glucose in the blood stream, glycogen, or store it as fat, no matter what it came in as.
I think the people getting caught up in good carbs vs bad carbs are trying to distract from some health problem they have going on which always stems from inactivity.......which is very useful to gain the weight they wanted to gain in the first place🤭🤷🏾♂️😆
Just keep eating💪🏽
I'm trying to catch up😆

All of these comments are spot on with the sugar and constantly increasing calories.
The only thing I can add is not to get down when you don't gain 2-3 pounds a week. There are going to be weeks where you only gain 1 pound.

Yes, it's absolutely trial and error and yes, the calorie needs increase as your weight increases.
Those calculators can be way off.
You'll need a certain ammount of calories to maintain each weight.
Even when you get to a goal weight, your body wants to go back down.
For example my goal was 250 but I raised it to 275 because I'll probably need to get to 275 for my body to be comfortable and normalize at 250.
Eating different sugars helps to release insulin but the calories have to keep coming regardless.

Ashley Stewart brand.
They are worn by women who have augmented bodies if you know what I mean.
I myself wear them because I have muscular legs.
My measurements
34 waist
44 hips
33 inseam
I myself have both 20 tall and 22 tall.
The waist is large on me but the legs are decent.

I'm experimenting with what I call the "Insulin diet".
I sip a highly concentrated dextrose shake thgroughout the day in an attempt to have my insulin constantly spike and keep my body in a state of storage and hunger. I do eat 1 or two large meals in addition to the shake.
It does seem to increase my hunger.
My worry with the 1 or 2 large meals a day is the intermittent fasting effect of not eating for too long and having my body start to eat itself.
Would love to hear from others how they gained weight over time.

There may be something to the skipping meals to eat one large meal. I'd like to hear from more people on this one.
It seems like it makes sense but my only worry is if you're eating one massive meal per day, if its around 2000 calories that can't be enough.
Still like to hear people chime in. This is good stuff.
