Wow that sounds an awful lot. Was that including liquid too? How many hours did it take to consume and how did you feel after ?

What about trying to add a load of uncooked rice to a litre of cold water. Chug the stodgy sloppy mixture down and give it 15 minutes to settle. Then drink a couple of litres of hot water, the rice would then soak up the hot liquid and expand. After all that it'd all sit like a big ball of lead in your stomach..?
