If getting used to doing things without confidence gives the appearance of confidence, then I suppose getting older does.
For along time though, and to a certain degree, I haven't gone along with all the "hype" about confidence.

The OP merely stated "nothing more disheartening" then not getting a reply to a message. Ok, an exaggeration, there are many things a lot more disheartening, nevertheless it is a little disheartening. Nothing wrong in being big enough to admit it. I'm sure he will survive to message another day.

He then goes on to ask "Is it to much to ask for a simple no or not interested." Yes, it is.

I'm glad it's excepted here even though it's not what this site is about. More specific sites are a lot more hardcore, this place has a much nicer atmosphere and may be a better environment for those that are exploring.
