Sometimes I feel like no matter how much I gain, you guys always tell me I’m too skinny. I like hearing how fat I’ve gotten. & encouragement to regain 5 pounds, but don’t tell me I’m thin. I don’t think I’m skinny anymore

How does dairy fat cause you to gain? I'm considering doing some heavy cream gains b4 the end of the year. Not much..maybe 6 to 7 pounds....
