When I gained alot of weight before my belly was bloated the entire time if I even thought about food my belly just got bigger. Making room for a stuffing. After I slowed down my belly went down to

I think if rather overeat see how fast Itthicken up then work out. Hard to do squats when ur belly is so big and full

I'd love to gain faster I'm just using myfitnesspal to help or guide me with the minimum cals. I plan to gain more per week but I at least want to gain something

Only 1200 more cals left to eat today to gain one pound a week. I'll eat that by lunch so I'm def going over the one pound in a week rule. Especially if I keep eating 1000 cal breakfast

I gotta go into work but I wish I could just stuff my face more and more. Gonna get some weight gain shake later. That's an extra 700 cals hope it helps me thicken back up
