So its bin two months sense my last update And two days ago was my 40th birthday. So I guess I fell short of hitting 500 before the big four O.

Sitting does help But you do get to the point that it starts to really get in the way. It really depends on how the fat builds up down below.

how fat would you like to be?
I’m almost to my goal of 500. And I think I’m going to stop pushing past that point. Because I still need to work. If I didn’t have to work. I could see going for 700

got a new scale.
I though my old scale was off. Was surprised to find out it was 14 pounds off. I'm closer to 500 then I though I was.

I have gotten to where mine just starts to rub the wheel. But I then lose some weight. I plan to hit my goal this time tho
