Chugging down all on its own is different from pouring it in a glass while you’re munching on something, and I didn’t realize how difficult it is to belch with iced tea alone. 😂 I also had a terrible headache right after.

Skipping dinner was a bad idea. I ended up wide awake past bedtime due to excessive hunger, but I didn’t want a heavy meal either. Lol.
