er and it was close to 4000 calories...get some of your calories from non-fast food and some from fast food.

make your own with ice cream not the weight gainer...it has too much protein in it...try looking up Maus Mix? also large Blizzards have 1300 calories...I had one of those and six buck doubles for dinn

eat all the time, overeat when full, eat late at night or have a midnight snack.
