Why are we still doing this?

I have lost 30 pounds in six weeks. I think I have exercise bulimia. I am eating 800 calories a day. I was fat shamed when I tried to get help. I haven't been on FF much in the past couple of years. I didn't know where else to turn. Please do not encourage me to eat more/exercise less or offer to feed me
