how do i gain specifically belly weight?
Eventually your belly gets to the point that you can’t suck it in. Your better off with inflation if your wanting to suck it back in.

I did something like this a few years ago. Went through four drive thru's. Then went and parked out of the way in a walmart parking lot. Got supper turned on wile sitting there watching cars move.

Well your at a natural point when your going to have more calories then what you had before just because your trying to keep your hunger under control.

The longer you stay full the more likely your stomach will stretch. And Like anything els. The bigger it is. The more it takes to fill it.

I have done it with the flavored ones. I think it really depends on how much acid is in your stomach. I have had it start foaming as it went down my throat.
