Distended from lemon juice and baking soda! I just tried it out yesterday and I'm already hooked. I've read that it's best to stay hydrated since the baking soda can dehydrate you, so I plan on adding a LOT more liquid next time.... 👀

Semi full here, after chugging a 2 liter and finishing a cake shake (hence the little milk moustache lol), I also practiced a new inflation method! Lemon juice and baking soda.... I can't recommend it enough!

Feeling uncomfortably full, XL meat lovers pizza digesting away in my poor tummy ... Look at the upper right part of my stomach it's so distended 😩 I've also got new inflation equipment coming in soon I can't wait!!
