I am so bloated. I am also pretty sure I have gained fat, at least I feel fatter but somehow I have not gotten heavier. How can that be? How does this work? Do you like my small belly?

i ate but...Even though I stuffed myself with toast... I lost 2 lbs (1 kg). Maybe water?
