Does anyone know how to get over the uncomfortable feeling of overeating while out with people
So if you add cream to your diet. Like everyday no breaks eventually you're just going to get pretty fat right ? Not something I'm interested in, just curious...
How long does it take for your weight to not easily go below a new higher number? For example when I was 110 and gained I never really went below 123 now since I've gained again I want my weight to no go below 128ish how long does it take for that to happen
I have a bad habit of weighing myself mire than once a day..and I get mad if the scale says anythin less than 128. So I guess I'm a do heavy cream for a week
