How long does it take for your weight to not easily go below a new higher number? For example when I was 110 and gained I never really went below 123 now since I've gained again I want my weight to no go below 128ish how long does it take for that to happen
I have a bad habit of weighing myself mire than once a day..and I get mad if the scale says anythin less than 128. So I guess I'm a do heavy cream for a week
Purchased some boost plan on adding one a day to my food cals at night. Couldn't get heavy cream this week. Nice break from it tho. Might add it for 4 days next week just to see if my weight sKY rockets
