When you unwrap presents and it's clothes in a larger size is the best feeling. Adding another x to those clothes really makes the gains more obvious

Christmas Eve stuffing. After a wicked busy day at work and before the day is over I have to try and eat 7k calories.

Fat and bloated today
Was to busy at work to eat a lot, made up with heavy carb dinner soaked in gravy and milkshake for dessert. Really full so rubbing and jiggling to make room for more
