Its so hard to not weigh myself. Like....I want to weigh myself everyday but I can't ...won't be any fun to see the difference after a week of an extra 1k cals
When does this new fat deposit onto your body ?? Like...you just wake up bigger ?

Mmm, kind of, but it'd be a really minute difference that you wouldn't be able to tell right away. It happens over time. My understanding is that you do form more fat cells when you sleep, but my memory of hearing this is from high school health and so might not be the best reference.
