I was only going to do heavy cream for 4 days.. But I'm thinking about changing it to 8...since it hasn't really made an affect on my body yet...meaning I see no cnhage on the scale. Bad idea ?

Heavy cream smoothie=all gone. 8 ounces of heavy cream, scoop of peanut butter, a little milk, half a banana and some raspberries...all in my belly !

I'm pretty sure it is....I'll check another scale on Saturday....but if its not...guess that means im still 124.8 and I still have 7-10 pounds to go 😉
