The scale with move, just give it more time. You don't keep your stomach as full as it's been without the effects showing up eventually. Just be patient and prepare for some larger clothes shopping.

I was only going to do heavy cream for 4 days.. But I'm thinking about changing it to 8...since it hasn't really made an affect on my body yet...meaning I see no cnhage on the scale. Bad idea ?

Heavy cream smoothie=all gone. 8 ounces of heavy cream, scoop of peanut butter, a little milk, half a banana and some raspberries...all in my belly !

I'm pretty sure it is....I'll check another scale on Saturday....but if its not...guess that means im still 124.8 and I still have 7-10 pounds to go 😉
