I need a fattening way to stretch my belly for more food capasity. I want to be able to eat a lot more than I do now....and eat until I'm extremely full and can't move more often

Okay I have a serious question...as I don't want to waste my time. So basically if I add 1 heavy cream shake to my diet a week (on top of regular eating) will I gain some weight ? I don't want to get fat or anything, just want some extra weight ...a little thickness
