Late night stuffing and gainer shakes
Last night before bed I had a double bacon cheeseburger, 5 chicken tenders (not shown), a large fry, large coke that I added a lot of whiskey to, an Oreo shake, some white claws, and 2 gainer shakes - phew π
Earlier in the day I also ate an entire pot of 2 boxes of Mac & cheese and 2 hot dogs. I easily had over 6,000 calories on the day, maybe more because I woke up this morning 2 pounds heavier on an empty bellyππ€€. I need to keep this routine because the pounds finally seem to be stickingπ·
