Laying on my back my belly looks smaller even though he is all fed up und round. Or is it just me?

When I woke up today, I realised that my belly got so fat that it’s hanging over the edge now. What do you think?

My belly got so fat and heavy that I habe to play with him. But even then it is hard to move him. But still kind of soft and smushing. He always wants to be filled to grow bigger and bigger.
