I’ve been trying to get in 5000 cal a day for the past several days. To meet that goal I decided to have a snack tonight with a little over a pint of heavy cream with chocolate syrup and half a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Total calories 2800, but I realized that put me one donut shy of 6000 cal today so I ate one more off screen for a daily personal best. Going to bed majorly stuffed! Can’t wait to start seeing some permanent results.
