Drinking a gain shake after dinner like a good pig.
Recipe: 1 pint of heavy cream, half cup of maltodextrin (gets your body to store more of it as fat), 2-3 cups ice cream, 1 stick unsalted butter (just because) and a couple tablespoons of nutella.
More calories before bed. Haven't even had my bedtime gainer shake yet. These were just normal mcdonalds milkshakes with some cream added. Can't wait to blimp up to even bigger sizes. I wanna get HUGE.
