Need to make sure I'm properly stuffed b4 bed!
Now I'm starting to see some regular gains that are actually starting to stick, I've decided to make every Sunday my weigh in day or I could make it every 2wks or once a month so we will get to see some real difference... ps the same for the video's... any preferences?

Family members I haven't seen for a while R saying today I'm looking like I put some weight on & I look the biggest I ever been. Luckily everybody thinks it suits me because I have always been to slim!
Looks like it won't be long b4 I will be needing an XL T'shirt... I wonder how much weight I can gain b4 anybody shows a sign of disapproval?
