The "Premium" stories are front page because clicking on them raises money for the site (indirectly of course since you have to pay in order to open them.

what is going on with new members?
Most of them are fakes pushing advertisments for conventional porn sites.
I would guess it just takes time for them to run sufficiently afoul of the site policies to get deleted and blocked.

Yep, I notice that the many of the new stories have chapters that are clearly sized to the minimum characters, rather than sized to match an "episode". I haven't noticed them stopping min WORD yet...

This ^^^^ is what concerns me with what is going on. It would be a shame to see our really GOOD authors abandon FF out of frustration because the parade of trash is drowning them out.
