make sure you "lactaid" tablets to take. Especially when you first start drinking heavy cream!
I LOVE heavy cream though. I swear it is addictive!

Considering an experiment.
Next week for 3 days (tue, wed, thr), in addition to my usual eating, I drink a quart of heavy cream with Hershys in it during the morning, and another in the afternoon. weigh each morning until the following Tue.and for days afterwards and share the results daily by updating my Gainer.
Seems like it would be fun for several of us to do it together! Anybody else in?
Come on sexy ladies and big guys, do it for science, do it for fun, do it as a turn on!

people often say that heavy cream gain has a delay, others say the gain continues for some days after you stop. We will see!
If you are happy with what happens and want to do it again .. or again for longer... and want a buddy to do it also ... we can do that.
I was going to use Hershey's Syrup.
