One of my finest moments so far. Having my ass handed to me in a four minute song has shown me how far I've come in the past year and the consequences of my intentional lifestyle choices. Feeling myself literally being unable to keep up with the beats and feeling the aches and burns much quicker than one might expect of someone my size is truly the most exhilarating thing for me. I want to shock people with how out of shape I am. As you might be able to tell, a long break was necessary afterward
