"Do you trust me?"

He wriggles on the bed, his wrists tied to the bed posts with silk scarves.

Not a word.

"This can't work if you don't", I add.

"I know", he says. The silk sheets I had him curled up in are now on the floor at the foot of the bed, he's bare except for a pair of tented boxers.

"I know", he repeats.

Dutifully, he opens his mouth, and I pour the shake in. He swallows as fast as he can. Weight gain shakes flavored with thick chocolate syrup. One a week is recommended for the underweight. We're doing 3 today.

"We may want to consider a feeding tube", I tell him, and kiss him.

"Before you do this to me", he says, shaking, his belly jiggling. "Will you love me? I mean really, forever, because I don't want to be dumped at 500 pounds..."

He dutifully opens his mouth. "Every day can be like this", I say, kissing his belly, "Fattening you in my bed. In my arms."

"Your piggy wants to please you", he says, his fingers moving between my legs.

"I love you", I say, rubbing his belly.
