Chapter 2

"I'm totally kicking Kory's ass for that." Said Ursula, walking back and forth and pinching her slender arms. "That was probably the most stupid idea he ever came up with, since getting victor accepted to the band."

"Oh, come on," said Alex, a hidden smile on his face. "Don't be a hypocrite. When you saw her picture you were really enthusiastic."

"That was when I thought that she will choose Victor!" said Ursula, annoyed. "That would have served him right after mocking that poor receptionist that other day, just because he was overweight."

"Don't pretend you are better then me, night princess." Said victor suddenly, entering the room. The twins both raised their head to his direction, their very similar faces, with very similar expressions of annoyance. "after all, you don't want to date that pig either."

Victor let a smirk spread on his face – they were both very beautiful, of course, but they were that type of gothic-aristocratic sort of look. The band manager realized the influence that it had on teenagers, but since he wanted to reach to the biggest variety of fans, Victor joined as the average surf-boy, with his blond hair, perfect abs and tan, suddenly even cheerleaders started to buy Vanilla lumpss records. After his came Veronica, the red haired hippy, and George, who was some sort of chaotic funkiest by his band label, but in real life he was actually married and expecting his first child.

"Stop being such an idiot, Victor." Said Alex. "That girl is our fan and admires us – and more importantly, she's the one who puts the bread on your table."

Victor rolled his eyes. "I don't eat bread," he said arrogantly. "and I guess she shouldn't either. Anyway, don't stand and protect your sister that way, I want to hear her admit that I'm right for once."

"You're wrong." Said Ursula coldly, passing her slim fingers in her long smooth black hair.

"Oh, yeah? So why don't you want to date with her?" asked Victor doubtfully.

"Maybe because I'm not interested in girls?"

"Oh," said victor "good point."

"And this damn date will be broadcast everywhere! I can't believe Kory didn't think about it!" she said, nodding her head sorrowfully.

"Maybe he did. Maybe he is thinking about putting something new into your image." Said Victor, suddenly grinning. "you know, you and your brother don't drink, don't go out much don't use drugs…. It's abnormal for famous stars like you. No gossip. I've read more then once in tabloids hints that perhaps the two of you are… lovers."

"What?!" shouted Alex. "She's my sister!"

"That's disgusting!" cried Ursula, horrified. "We should sue them!"

"It won't help." Said Victor, still grinning at their reaction. "And since Ursula denied me… well, it just became worse."

Ursula suddenly narrowed her eyes. "You have nothing to do with that, right, Victor?"

"Of course not." Said Victor. "I'm just saying."

Ursula sighted and rubbed her forehead. "Alright…" she said."Melody Adams it is, then."
