Kim was serious about losing weight in January. The thought of not stuffing herself anymore was not pleasant. She asked Joe to help her stay totally stuffed until then. For the remainder of October and into November, Kim was an eating machine. She could tell that she was gaining more weight because even her new dresses were tight. She hardly left the house because it was so hard to get into and out of the car. When Thanksgiving came, Cindy had asked if they would come over there since Derek was confined to bed. Joe and Kim were happy to do it. Kim hadn't left the house in almost a month and she wasn't sure if she could get in the car. On Thanksgiving Day, Joe got the kids ready while Kim got herself ready. Even with her giant new bra and dresses, she looked like a stuffed sausage. She was sweating by the time she got her hair and makeup done. When it was time to go, Joe buckled the kids into the car and came to help Kim. She drove up next to the car and tried to stand. She didn't move. She felt like she was really trying but nothing happened. Joe repositioned himself so that he could help her. He counted to three and Kim tried to stand and he lifted. By some miracle she was up. He pushed on her fat, trying to get her in the seat. It took a few minutes and Kim was almost in tears but she was finally in the car. She made Joe promise that she wouldn't have to do this again until she lost weight. He was rubbing his sore back and nodded, promising. When the got to Cindy and Derek's house, Kim took a few minutes to get out of the car. It was easier than getting in, for sure. Amelia answered the door, hugging her "Uncle Joe" and "Aunt Kim." Cindy's parents had come to help with dinner. Cindy's house was somewhat scooter friendly. Kim could go in the living room and bathroom but there was a step into the kitchen. She couldn't go help. Joe's back was really bothering him from getting Kim in the car. He grabbed the beer that Cindy's Dad had offered and went in to say hello to Derek. Joe couldn't believe his eyes. Derek was enormous. He was so fat that his arms looked like they could only move about 6 inches in front of him. He smiled when he saw Joe and asked how it was going. They hadn't seen each other in a while and Joe's round gut was probably a surprise to him. Joe caught Derek staring at his belly. Joe patted it with his free hand and said he was working on his Dad body. They both laughed. They talked for a few minutes and Joe asked him how things were now that he can't get up anymore. Derek said he missed going outside and he wished he could do more with the kids but he couldn't stop eating and Cindy was taking good care of him. He admitted to Joe that he missed having sex with his wife. Joe nodded in agreement. It was getting very difficult for him and Kim to have sex so he understood. Derek was tired so Joe went back out to see everyone. Kim asked Cindy how much Derek weighed now and she said she didn't know. They hadn't weighed him in months and the last time he weighed 740 pounds. Cindy said she had gained a few more pounds herself since a girl in the office kept bringing sweets in to share. Cindy was waddling around getting dinner to the table. Kim noticed her friend's huge hanging double belly was swinging back and forth under her dress. She thought back to when Cindy just couldn't gain weight. They had a great meal. Everyone over did it. Cindy's dad had to unbuckle his belt. Joe rubbed his full belly and said that was a good idea and he may need to do it after dessert. Everyone laughed. Kim was still on her mission to stay full until January. She had four plates stacked high with food. When dessert time came, Cindy was serving the pies. She gave each kid what they requested and then started making adult plates. Kim quickly said she wanted one of everything plus whipped cream and ice cream. Joe smiled and said he'd have the same. Joe looked at the plate. He definitely didn't think he had room for all of this food. He was mesmerized by watching Kim devour her plate full of dessert. When he finally started eating his, he had to catch up. Kim cleaned her plate and asked for more apple and pumpkin pie. Cindy gave her huge slices of both with more ice cream and whipped cream. Meanwhile, Joe was making progress on his dessert plate. He had finished the ice cream, chocolate and apple pie slices. He was so full. He didn't want to waste food so he worked on the pumpkin, rum raisin and cream pies. He had never stuffed himself full like this. He had already had a full meal plus a few beers and now was almost finished with this plate of pies. Kim was whispering to him that she liked to see him eat too. Joe managed to make it through his plate. His round belly was as hard as a rock. He was so full. When they stood up to clear the table, Tia's eyes got wide and she said, "Daddy, you're belly is so big right now." Joe looked down and rubbed it, saying it was full of Aunt Cindy's yummy pies. He also noticed that he couldn't see any of his size 13 feet anymore. After the table was cleared everyone went into the living room to digest. When Joe sat down, his shirt couldn't cover his full belly and the bottom of it was hanging out. Kim thought it looked hot that it was so big and round, just sticking out into his lap over his jeans. They stayed into the evening. Joe had to digest before he could hoist Kim into the car. Eventually it was time to go home. Joe's belly was still full but it was better than before. They hugged everyone goodbye and Joe took the kids to the car. Then he came back and got Kim. This time he helped her on the first try. He lifted her as hard as he could but she wouldn't move. Joe went back inside and asked Cindy's dad to help. This time both men lifted and Kim tried to stand. She made it up but had such a sharp pain in her knee that she burst into tears. Joe was straining to keep her upright and told Cindy's dad to start pushing. Eventually they got her in the car. Joe paused for a minute and took a rest. He was in too much pain to notice that his round belly was hanging out at first. Then he felt the breeze and pulled his shirt down, thanked Cindy's Dad and got in the car. When they got home, Joe helped Kim into the house. This was her last time leaving the house until she was smaller.
Kim kept her word and stayed stuffed with food every day. As Christmas approached, she was having more and more difficulty with moving from her scooter for the bathroom or for bed. Joe's back was really aggravated now so he went to the doctor. This doctor hadn't seen Joe before so he used to be in top shape. To the doctor, this was a 40 year old man with a beer gut who weighed 260 pounds. He gave Joe a mini lecture about strengthening his core and trying to lose his belly. Joe said he would get back in shape but he needed something to help him now. Joe left with prescriptions for steroids and muscle relaxers.
Later that night, after the kids were in bed, Joe took both of his prescriptions and was relaxing on the couch. Kim parked the scooter near him since she didn't sit on the couch anymore. She thought Joe looked so cute when he relaxed on the couch. It put his perfect round belly on display. She asked him if his back was up for some play time tonight. Joe helped Kim get into bed and went to prepare everything. He wasn't sure how his back would do with sex but he could certainly stuff his wife. Kim was still producing milk so while Kim swallowed her shake, he drank her delicious milk. He wasn't sure if it was the steroids but he was suddenly starving. He asked Kim if he could try some of the shake. She was already in a state of bliss so she said of course he could. He swallowed some of the thick and rich shake and then refilled the funnel for Kim. He went back to her milk. He wished she could nurse forever. When it was time to have sex, Joe was struggling to find a position where he could get inside of Kim. She could only lay in certain ways and his gut needed clearance. They managed to do it with Kim on the edge of the bed but since they had the handicapped height bed, Joe had to bend his knees the whole time. Since he'd been essentially out of shape for 5 years now, it was almost impossible to stay like that the whole time. When they finished, he collapsed next to Kim saying that was really good but was a challenge. She kissed him and said they would make it work. This would end up being the last night that they could have sex. For Christmas, Kim and Joe stayed home with their kids. They had always entertained but it was so hard for Kim to get around right now that they thought it was too much. Plus with Joe's back injury, he couldn't take care of extra family. His hands were full with their kids and Kim. Kim's scooter was starting to run slowly. Joe remembered that it was rated to 650 pounds. Kim had to be over that now. Since she was planning to diet in January, they decided not to upgrade the scooter. On Christmas Day, Kim woke up unable to get out of bed. Joe had already gotten up with the kids and he her Kim call out to him. She had to use the restroom and couldn't get to her scooter. He tried to help her but it was no use. She wouldn't budge. He had lost so much strength and his back was still bad that he couldn't lift her at all now. Joe thought quickly and said for her to lie back down and he would come up with a makeshift bedpan. He went to the kitchen and found something that would work, brought it back and helped Kim adjust herself over the pan. She was so embarrassed but she didn't have another option. Kim spent Christmas and the rest of December in bed. Joe called the medical supply place and got her actual supplies for being bedridden. Cindy gave him some advice on the essentials. If she had a scale, Kim would know she was 720 pounds.
