chapter 5

Back at Jasmine's apartment the next morning, the two of them were lying in bed. Jasmine had discovered that the chaser's name was Julian and it was his first time with a chubby girl. The whole night had been an awakening for Jasmine, feeling her new body being touched and appreciated by a man. Her stomach and boobs had grown so much more sensitive from the fattening, enlarging and becoming more and more erogenous. Julian seemed to touch her perfectly, despite it being his first time with a heavier girl. They both agreed it wouldn't be the last time they met up.

Within a fortnight, Jasmine knew her relationship with Julian was more than just casual sex. It was becoming more meaningful. They texted each other all day long and spent at least a couple of nights a week at Jasmine's apartment. Jasmine knew it was risky, breaking Scott's rules like this, but she was still growing each week and there was no reason why he would find out about it. Scott showed very little interest in Jasmine's personal life as it was.

Julian appreciated that Jasmine was a bigger girl, but something made Jasmine hold back on telling him about being a gainer. She wouldn't overeat in front of Julian too much and tried to suck in her fat a little when she was naked in front of him. Still, the happiness of having someone to enjoy her body was a feeling Jasmine never wanted to go without again.

'Only 1lb this week,' Scott grumbled, making a note in his book. 'That's the fifth week in a row you've only made the minimum improvement.'

Jasmine looked down at her belly. It was still growing, but it was no longer noticeable week to week. Having Julian around certainly held back her appetite, not being able to eat too much and watching movies when she should have been ordering take out. 'Sorry, I'll do better this week. I promise,' Jasmine would offer.

Three more weeks passed with only the minimum being reached. It was a small gain to Scott, but Julian certainly noticed it. 'You know...' he began awkwardly. 'Your belly seems a bit bigger than it did when we first started dating.'

Jasmine's attention was suddenly aroused at the mention of her belly. She prayed that Julian enjoyed its increasing size. She pulled off her shirt as they both sat on her couch. 'You think?' he grinned.

'Yeah,' said Julian unimpressed. 'Maybe you should think about cutting back a bit?'

Jasmine's heart dropped. 'You want me to?' she asked, sadly.

'Yeah, I think it would be good for you,' Julian nodded.

Things were different between Jasmine and Julian after that. Jasmine had been so smitten with having a boyfriend again that she seemed blind to the imperfections. Julian always came over to her place, never reciprocating and although Julian always went on about his friends and family, Jasmine had never met any of them.
One Sunday evening, Julian and Jasmine were in the supermarket, trying to find something to cook for dinner that night. Suddenly a lady walked up behind Julian and tapped him on the shoulder.

'Hello stranger!' she smiled.

'Angie, hey,' Julian shot back, caught a little off-guard.

'Angie? The lady you work with?' asked Jasmine, waiting to be introduced, smiling brightly at her.

'Yeah...' Julian, smiled through gritted teeth, trying his best to ignore Jasmine was even there.

'Have you had a nice weekend?' asked Julian, trying to divert Angie's attention away from Jasmine.

'Yes thanks,' smiled Angie. 'And who is this?' she asked, looking at Jasmine with a smile on her face.

'Oh, no one,' Julian began. 'Just my cousin. I bumped in to her a minute ago.'

'Oh right...' Angie replied, returning the conversation back to her weekend antics.

Jasmine stood there for five whole minutes whilst they chatted, ignored by the pair of them. Why had Julian not told her who she was? There didn't seem to be any reason to hide the fact that they were together.

'What was that all about?' asked Jasmine as soon as she had disappeared into the frozen section.

'Just leave it,' Julian spat, looking flustered and cross. It wasn't until they were back at Jasmine's that things became heated.

'I just can't understand why you would call me your cousin and describe me as 'no-one' like that!' Jasmine protested.

'What does it matter?' Julian asked, getting cross.

'Are you embarrassed of me or something?' Jasmine asked, feeling hurt.

'Well...'

'You're serious?' Jasmine shouted.

'No. I just... I don't know I want everyone to know I like bigger girls. You know, maybe when you lose a bit of weight like you promised, we could start doing more with my friends,' Julian offered, like he was being completely reasonable.

'I can't do that,' Jasmine replied immediately. 'I won't do that. If you can't accept me for who I am then...'

It was a sad parting that night, but no less necessary. Jasmine's ever increasing stomach size was taking Julian over a line he was unwilling to cross. However much he liked a girl with some meat on her bones, he was never going to admit it to the world. And Jasmine couldn't make him.
