Chapter 3

Nicolas pulled on the green tights and the rest of his Robin costume. He smiled at himself in the mirror and put on his black mask. He walked down the stairs after draping his jacket over his arm. He told his father that he was going out.

"Are you going to one of those homo parties?" He asked as he opened a beer.

"Dad, it's a costume party." He slung his jacket over his other arm. "I'm Robin, from Batman and Robin."

"Mmmmhhh." He mumbled.

"I'll be back before midnight."

"Yeah, have fun." He took a long gulp from the beer.

Nico ran out to Rick's car. He laughed when he saw him. He was muscular, but in a thin way. His green eyes were very noticeable behind the black mask. His blond hair was tucked away.

"Hey Robin." He said.

"Batman, your Batmobile is looking a bit...dated." Rick smiled.

"You can walk Robin." Nico laughed as he buckled his seatbelt.

"I'm sorry, let's go." Rick pulled off from the curb. "Who's party is this anyway?"

"Kent Beverly."

"Kent Beverly?" Kent Beverly was the coolest senior at Westbrooke High. "How in the hell did you get an invite?" As Nicolas glanced over at him he saw a smile spread across his face.

"You know how I work in my older brother's auto shop?"

"Yeah?"

"Guess who needed a repair so their parent's wouldn't find out." Nico laughed. "I knew working there was good for something."

Ricky pulled into a spot a few blocks away from Kent's house. They walked towards his house and spotted lots of scantily dressed bunnies, kittens, nurses, and witches. They made there way into the house and Nico noted alcohol was present. He wasn't the kind to protest the beer, but he made sure not to grab a drink. It was pretty loud and the pair could barely hear one another.

"It's so loud!" Shouted Nicolas.

"What?" Asked Ricky.

"It's really LOUD!"

"I can't hear you." Ricky leaned down so his ear was level with Nico's mouth.

"I said..it's really loud!"

"Yeah, it is!" Nico hadn't caught what he said, but shook his head yes. 'How is it so loud?' Nico wondered. The cops were sure to show up, and if they got caught here with all this liquor...

Rick walked in front of Nico and Nico felt his eyes wandering down his back. He noticed what a nice butt he had. It looked really sexy in the gray tights.

He suddenly felt guilty. Ricky was his friend, his best friend, he couldn't possibly think of him that way.

They had gotten separated. Nico couldn't find Ricky and wandered upstairs. The music was giving him a headache. He found the bathroom and closed himself in. He pulled off his mask and looked in the mirror. Handing out candy seemed like a lot more fun. Seeing the kids was always nice and he could have watched a horror movie.
