These days Vance was rather self conscious about his body, especially out in public, but here behind closed doors with these three women, that was a completely different stror. He'd known for months that loved fat bodied men, and from the looks of Uma and Tracey, it was probably a good bet that the two of them liked fat women too. Thus, he felt confident in showing off his new body here. He adjusted his shirt by pulling it down tight over his belly. He wanted to see the girls reaction to his almost 330lb chunky new bod. They were always fawning over the fattest guys in the office, ignoring him almost completely, but Vance had a feeling that things would be a little different now.

He gently woke all three girls and thanked them for their efforts. As he promised the girls huge pay raises and offered them "new secretive" positions as co managers, he began to notice their eyes scanning his fat body.

Tracey stared at his growing chest. There was no way to hide that his pecs had given up and were replaced with a huge set of fat and rounding man boobs. Due to the coolness of the office and huge amounts of calories and hormones he'd digested over 8 months, Vance's nipples had increased in size and thickness. His peach colored polo shirt that was already stretched to it limits resembled a body suit or a one piece leotard and his darkened nipples and areolas screamed through the fabric.

He was sure Uma, probably the smartest of the chubby bunch was listening, but she was busy shoving Hostess cup cakes into her mouth while her hands fumbled to open more and more if the empty caloried confectionery treats. Normally, Vance would have immediately corrected such an open display of rudeness, but he really wanted to see how all those fattening calories would eventually add up. He expected her thighs and ass would grow fatter and more dimpled, as they were already showing signs of cottage cheese. Snd come to think of it, that was absolutely okay with him these days.

Veronica how ever looked him over like a hungry wolf. The whole time he spoke she never broke eye contact. They both knew they wanted each other. They just had to weight it out for a few minutes.

When he was done speaking, Uma, covered in chocolate and white frosting, chimed in, "So we're kind of in charge now of the office?"

"Well yeah, when I'm not here?"

"Good", said Veronica. "So let's get rid of the SKINNY, good for nothing German bitch.

Vance chuckled but corrected her, "Swedish"

"Aliright, Swedish bitch. But she's gotta go", interrupted Tracey. "She's been so mean. She's even been calling me a fat, pregnant cow behind my back out there", she finished pointing to the office floor beyond the door. Vance noticed just how plump and chubby her arms had become when her flesh wobbled for half a second after her most recent upper body flurry.

"Skinny old Tracey is gonna be a real beauty soon", thought Vance to himself as he imagined her arms developing fat folds and completely obscuring her elbows.

"She's dumb, greedy, lazy, and gross. At least if she had some meat on her bones, we could take stand her, but G---O---D, there's nothing redeeming about her.

Vance thought it over a bit and called Helga into the office. As soon as he entered, he noticed that her face and eyes showed pomp and disgust as she turned up her nose to everyone except Vance.

Straight to the point, Vance tore into Helga. She never saw him so upset. "How dare you", "You lazy bitch" and other obscenities rang forth from the fat man's mouth. The girls were all smiling and snickering. Helga was on the verge of tears, before the real horror hit the gold digger. "If I get fired, I'll be out a cool million dollars. No fucking way", she internally noted to herself.

Coming to her senses, the dejected Helga realized that Vance no longer desired her any more. Somehow as he grew fat, he also grew to want only fat women as well. Seeing no other option, she seized the moment in a desperate attempt to keep her contract with Sanantha valid.

Tears erupted and streamed down her face. "I'm so sorry, please forgive me she said to the whole room. No one seemed all to moved. "FUCK!", she thought in frantic desperation.

She dropped to her knees in front of Vance, please "I'll do anything, anything" she said reaching up an touching his expansive belly hang.

"Okay, okay, no need for that", said Vance displaying some true compassion.

"Come on Mr Hardy", said Uma in protest. "This bitch, did nothing all month, and she's been making fun of us because we just happened to put on a little weight. That skinny little bitch needs to learn a lesson."

"Anything, anything", said Helga honestly. She was prepared to go through hell and back to get that sweet million. She remembered the contracted stipulated that she had to remain employed until Vance hit 420lbs. "Whatever demeaning tasks they ask of you, you can do it", she told herself.

"Okay", said Vance. I'll give you once chance.

"Yes, yes, anything"

"Well the girls all said you were making fun of them gaining weight recently. CORRECT?"

"I'm sorry, Im... "

Veronica surprised everyone when she stopped Helga's blubbering with a quick slap across the face.

Continuing after a moment Vance went on, "You are going to learn empathy. You were a mean and humiliating boss, because of their ever so slight weight gain, well the tables are now turned. You report to them in my office and you will do whatever it is they tell you, without question, do you understand?"

"Yes sir", said Helga humbly. She tried to look timid and scared but the sight of dollar signs almost caused her to grin, so she bit down on her lip thinking, "too easy".

"Okay Girls, I expect you to help our friend Helga to grow more compassionate and empathetic. The girls looked unimpressed. Vance just grinned, "She can't make fun of you for being fat if you fatten her to twice your size, now can she?

"WTF", thought a panicked Helga. She was expecting something harsh, but not this. Dollar signs again flashed through her mind's eye. "Calm down she told herself. At the rate he's gaining, I'll be done with shit hole and off with a cool million."

The girls all looked interested, but to give them extra incentive, Vance offered them all, including Helga a $1000 dollar bonus for every pound Helga gained and a $50,000 bonus if she gained twenty or more pounds in a month's time. "Oh, by the way Helga, if you don't gain at least ten pounds a month, YOURE FIRED!"

Okay girls, get started, said Vance to Uma and Tracey. The Amazon rose to join Helga's first of many feedings but Vance put his arm around he thick waist and said, "You and I have something to discuss in the conference room.

"WTF is going on?" thought Helga. Her whole world was turned upside down. She knew exactly what going to the conference room meant. That was supposed to be her. Before she could think another thought, Uma shoved a hostess cupcake in and around her mouth. The door shut and Uma said, "So you wanna keep your job or you precious body?"

"My job", sobbed the terrified by determined Helga. Uma walked over with a half eaten pizza. FINISH IT, you have ten minutes.

"God damn i!", thought Helga. She realized that while difficult, she could do it. She was kind of hungry, come to think of it, she was starving. Without further hesitation, she folded the first slice and began to quickly consume the first of many fattening treats.
