Subconscious suggestion

chapter 4

An additional six months had passed when Tom came home from work to find a distraught Rachel looking up diet advice on the internet. In that time, she had joined a gym and attended perhaps 5 times total, each time hating it more than the last. She had attempted to eat right and starve herself for a week which inevitably led to her giving in and binging on fast food late at night when Tom had gone to bed. She had only succeeded in worsening her situation. Laziness was a difficult habit to break, and Rachel was already tightly in it's grip. She had gained an additional 15 pounds since resolving to lose weight for her wedding, and at 160 pounds and just two months left to go, she felt she was running out of options.

That was when Tom walked in and nonchalantly asked her why she was looking up diet advice. Rachel hadn't heard him come in and couldn't close the browser quickly enough. She had been too afraid to come to him with her weight problem, partially because she was embarrassed of what a glutton she had been, and partially because she was afraid that he would be harsh on her. After all, no guy wants to marry a fat cow who can't stop stuffing her face. She assumed that for the past few months Tom was just being polite, not mentioning anything about her weight gain while they were having sex. In fact, he had been just as into it as usual if not strangely moreso - a real trooper she thought.

Tom reassured his fiancee the he felt she was beautiful at any size, and he was only concerned with whether or not she was happy and comfortable. They discussed a number of options for her diet plan, which was when Tom mentioned the idea of subliminal messaging. After their short tussle over the ridiculousness of such a suggestion, Rachel had decided to work the subliminal approach in with her overall diet and exercise plan. After all, Tom had a point. What did she have to lose by trying it?

The task of researching the subliminal messages lay with the self proclaimed believer in the metaphysical and supernatural. This was the kind of opening Tom had been waiting for. Rachel was desperate and willing to try anything. Searching the depths of the internet, particularly feeder fetishist sites, Tom quickly compiled a decent variety of weight gain subliminal message and hypnosis recordings. The concept was simple enough. Rachel would go to bed at night, put some earbuds in, and begin playing the track on her mp3 player. White noise would gently help her to sleep and play for the next two hours to make sure she was completely out of it. Then the audio would begin. As she understood it, that was when a hypnotist would speak into her subconscious a variety of encouraging directives to help her avoid hunger, overindulgence, and to make her long for her svelte figure.

Tom's audio files were of course of the opposite variety. Two hours after beginning, several hypnotists would encourage Rachel's subconscious to embrace being obese, to long to become bigger and heavier, to be insatiably hungry, to demand more and more until she couldn't possibly continue to eat. Her brain was being heavily suggested to give in to fatness. Rachel would be bombarded every evening as she slept with the idea that it was not just okay she was getting fat, but that it was great and she desperately needed to get fatter.

The first few nights Tom was on edge. This was a very precarious situation he had placed himself in. If Rachel woke up well enough during the recording to realize what she was being given, it would be difficult to talk his way out of the shitstorm that would follow.

Incredible! This is one of the best stories I’ve ever read (and I’ve read most of the ones on ff). Great writing, and zero grammar or spelling errors. I usually prefer male weight gains but your story was so well done it didn’t matter. Please write more
