Jessica and Angela were going out several nights a week together. They were drinking a lot. They pretty much woke up drinking, adding vodka or rum to their shakes for breakfast. They would drink and eat all day, then go out, dance, usually come home with a couple of guys, use them, throw them out, and then start again the next day.

The day of Jessica's weekly follow-up she woke up hungover, ate her nutrition bar a treat, and quickly headed out the door so as not to be late. Nurse Claire laughed and started to pull the shake away from her saying "I guess you don't want it then." Jessica could not take it anymore and said "I need it." Nurse Claire said tell me what you are and what you need then. Jessica blurted out "I am a fat whore and I need to be fucked".

Nurse Claire smiled, and put the tube into Jessica's mouth. Jessica started to suck hard on it as she tasted the sweet shake.
