Doctors office

The doctor had spent the last few hours excitedly typing up the care plan for his newest recruit. 8097. 18 years old. Good age, particularly fertile age which suited his purpose well. Pliable and meek, obedient and submissive... perfect. Cute too, or at least she would be with some meat on her bones. He grinned, his toungue smoothed over his lower lip as he typed. Some appetite stimulants and metabolism inhibitor shots twice a day... He could call them vitamins, girls like that were always after more vitamins. Regular stuffing (6x daily, 5000 calories worth each) with specially formulated food, gain shakes and funnel twice a week whilst under sedation... It shouldn't take long either, just a couple months and she'd be juicy enough to impregnate. Once he began her first pregnancy, then it would really begin. And he couldn't wait for that.

Ella

Ella gasped as the needle went into her side, liquid being pushed into her vein, into her bloodstream. This had become a twice daily occurrence, as her vitamin levels were concerningly low according to the doctor. She was placed back in her wheelchair (the doctor didn't want her exerting herself and ruining the work they'd done already) and taken back to her room which was more than comfortable. After a month of the same blue checked hospital gowns, she was finally beginning to appreciate the loose freeing feeling they gave her. She wasn't constricted in any way, unlike the size 0 jeans she had once tried to force herself into. And what for? She hadn't been happy.

Ella knew that she'd gained quite a few pounds since she got here but rather than the disgust she had once thought she'd feel, she felt overwhelming pride. She was sure that the doctor was proud of her too. She'd eaten every last crumb of all the delicious food he had given.her to make her better and she felt better, even if she was a little drowsy a lot of the time. She slept frequently but every so often, she would get a shot and when she came to in her bed, would be cradling her painfully engorged belly hoping for the agony to end. That's when the doctor came into her room and helped her. He talked to her in his soothing tones. He told her how well she was doing, how impressed he was with her progress. He told her how healthy and beautiful she was looking as he rubbed her midsection until the pain went away. He'd stroke it and caress it until she drifted off into a peaceful slumber.

There wasn't much else to occupy her time. As the doctor didn't want her to exert herself in any way, Ella was confined to her bed with her flat screen looming above her. There weren't many channels, only the reality ones and the meditation channel that the doctor had installed to help her sleep. She pressed the button and let herself drift away to the sounds of his voice.

The doctor

It made him so happy when she put the meditation on. 8097 did it at least once daily. She was kept sedated to ensure as much sleep as possible to convert more of those calories crammed inside her into soft malleable fat coating her once muscular form. Not long now.

Meditation transcript:

Doctor: "you've wanted to have babies for as long as you can remember, haven't you?"
Young voice: "of course, having babies is all I've ever wanted"
Doctor: "and what do look forward to the most when you get pregnant?"
Young voice: "I can't wait to feel it growing inside me, I can't wait to see it on the outside."
Doctor: "what about how big and round your belly will get?"
Young voice "I can't wait to see my stomach, enormously fat and distended and so beautifully round."
Doctor: "what about your breasts?"
Young voice: "I can't wait to see my breasts become big and sag beautifully next to my belly, filled to bursting with milk for me to feed my babies so they grow big and fat too"
Doctor: "you want this so desperately don't you? How much do you want to be fat and pregnant?"
Young voice: "I want it more than anything else in the whole world. Please make me fat and pregnant quickly, doctor. I can't stand being ill anymore"
Doctor: "don't despair, I will help you, my child because all I wish is for your happiness. I will make you happy for the rest of your life, you can trust that. I will never let you go hungry again"
