Chapter 2 - part two 🍰

He takes both of your hands and helps you start rocking back and forth, building up momentum to stand up. It used to be a lot easier to do, but with Daddy keeping you so well-fed it gets a little harder every time. After quite the display of huffing and puffing, you manage to wobble up onto your own two feet, using Daddy for support. "There we go baby," he says, "now let's get you measured." You shake a little when he lets go of you, but you manage to stay upright. He wraps the tape measure around you and you melt into his arms. 
     "Let's see... 54 inches on the breasts... 68 around the tummy... and 76 around your hips!" You smile. You don't remember what your measurements were last time but Daddy sounds pleased so you must have grown bigger. "You're doing very well for me babygirl," he says taking your hands. He leads you towards the scale. "Step on up sweet pea, be careful not to fall." He puts his free hand on your backside to guide you up. You look down and try to see the numbers, but of course your tummy has grown so far out that you can barely see the floor, much less down by your toes. Even Daddy has to get on his knees in order to peek down under it. You hear from below,

"Let's see... 532.4!" Is that big? That sounds big. "That's up 4 pounds since last week baby~!" Daddy tells you proudly as he stands up. He leans over you to give you a big kiss. "Now let's get you back in bed angel, I don't like you being on your feet for this long." He leads you back to bed and helps you lie down, and you hear your stomach start to growl...
