"Holy shit!", yelled Bob at the top of his lungs. "278 pounds??? What the fuck?", he thought to himself. How the hell had this happened, he had a great big rounded belly, surrounded by swelling thighs and juicy manboobs. Lifting up his sized 3xxxl t-shirt, he could barely believe how fat he looked even to himself in the mirror. His growing gut had begun to sag due to gravity, completely hiding his beltline and his once proud and defined chest was now just two blobs of fat, complete with growing areolas and big and thick nipples.

So mesmerized by his obese doppelganger staring back at him in the mirror, Bob didn't even notice the short and thin Vivian sneaking up on him until she wrapped her hands around his thick waist and grabbed his sizable gut, underneath at his belly hang.

"Cute?", asked Bob incredulously.

"Yeah, I kind of like it", she said as she spun around to his front and began kissing his fattened belly and tugging on his heavy manboobs, "And I love the way it feels", she whispered into his ear as her hand descended down past his gut to Bob's raging hard on.
