Chapter 7 - after

“Hey there!” Lori smiled, coming in to the fast food place one evening during Michael’s shift. Winter had arrived once more and Lori had returned to town after many weeks away, looking considerably overfed. Her chest and stomach appeared even developed than the last time Michael had seen her. A new puffiness had come to her face and seemed like a now permanent feature of her still extraordinary beauty. The tightness of Lori’s outfit screamed out her recent weigh gain, emphasising her chunky thighs and broader, quite simply, fatter buttocks. “Long time, no see!” she grinned, just as confident as ever.

Lori hadn’t wanted to take things further after their last encounter. Straight after climaxing, she had reverted back to her old, faithful self. She’d thanked Michael for the amazing time they'd had, but had explained that she was now engaged. She loved Kieran and she’d been remorseful; annoyed at herself that she had cheated, and vowing that she would never do anything like it ever again; no matter how incredible the sex had been. And wow, had it been incredible! Michael swooned as thought back to that evening.

Michael could have argued back. He could have even told her the truth about his remarkable journey to be here now. But in both of those scenarios, he was unlikely to come out on top. What Lori needed was the space and time to work out her true emotions. Michael knew how he felt. After getting to know her in high school, as well as all their flirting since; topped off with that incredible passion at the party; he was sure that he’d fallen in love with her.

Lori, however, was only twenty years old; she hardly knew herself yet. Michael wasn’t about to push his way into her life. And besides, how would she feel about all the hours he had to work in a week, just to earn enough cash to buy shares before their prices started to increase? Could any woman put up with that?

“Hey Lori,” Michael replied, deliberately flirtatious with his smile. “You’re looking good!”

Lori smirked, clearly still pleased to have caught Michael’s attention. She placed her order, with Michael noticing the little sly glances the girl was making, checking him out.

“An extra cheeseburger and some more fries…” he whispered, looking around to make sure that no one had noticed. “Only for my favourite customer!” he smiled.

“Thanks,” Lori beamed back, turning away and walking to a seat. Michael watched her go; marvelling at the way the woman’s plumped up glutes pushed against the material of her outfit. Lori was definitely losing her old figure! Her butt now portrayed the lifestyle of a woman who clearly spent many hours driving around the country. Michael exhaled in lust for the shape of it. He simply couldn’t wait until it was even larger and heavier – ready for whenever Lori called upon him.

But therein lay the problem. Lori wasn't calling upon him; and, when she suddenly stopped coming to the fast food place to see him, Michael began to realise that maybe the most beautiful girl in the world, didn't want him after all.
