Chapter 3 - first days in the castle

After Taylor finished eating the meat rolls, she decided she should try other dishes on the cart. She grazed on these dishes until she wound up in a food coma and went to sleep for the night. The next day, a new cart was brought to her, and the process of grazing on food all day then sleeping continued. This process continued for yet another day, but on the fourth day, she was becoming bored of sitting in her room and doing nothing but eating.

Taylor decided to get up and walk around the house looking for something to do. There had to be a pool table or something around here.
Unfamiliar with the layout of the house, she walked around and entered the dining room. Once she was in the dining room, she saw a terrifying sight. Lady Dragoi was eating a human leg and drinking what appeared to be human blood. Taylor quickly ducked, hid, and proceeded to sneak to a new hiding spot while Lady Dragoi got up to investigate the door opening. After Lady Dragoi saw no evidence of why the door opened, she investigated some more, then went back to her meal. Evenutally, she left and once the coast was clear, Taylor left too.

This experience made one thing clear to Taylor. She had to escape this castle!
She returned to her room, but when she saw the food cart, she was not compelled to eat. What she saw spoiled her appetite. She simply waited in her room for night to fall. Once it was night time and all of the castle staff was asleep, she was going to try to escape.

Hours passed and daylight waned. It was now time for Taylor to sneak out of the castle.
She cracked her door open, looked around, and exited the room when the coast was clear. She snuck down the stairs and eventually got to the front doors. She spent some time looking for a way to open the doors, then remembered that Lady Dragoi kept the keys on her. Taylor had no idea how to get the key at this time so she went back to her room in defeat.

When she was back in her room, she saw the food cart. Enough time had passed since she lost her appetite that the food was starting to look real good! She ate a lot of food off the cart before going to bed.
