“God, I love Golden Corral,” Carly said. “You can always tell how good a buffet is by how big the booths are. If I can’t fit in the booth, it’s not a good buffet. Golden Corral has the biggest booths cuz they know how fattening their food is.”

As they walked inside, Carly took a deep breath, inhaling all the smells of fried, buttery foods and sugar-filled desserts.

“Smells like fat girl heaven,” she said, smiling. “You look a little nervous. First time eating out as a fatty?”

Allison gulped.

“Everyone is staring at us,” Allison said nervously. She felt silly and exposed wearing her athleisure wear. Everyone could see her muffin top and fat rolls.

“Well, let’s give ‘em a show then,” Carly said. “Don’t tell me Luscious Lilly is suddenly clamming up? If they want a fatty, let’s show them a fatty. Just try to keep up.”

Allison felt turned on by her friend’s confidence.

“Welcome to Golden Corral!” said the greeter, a young man whose eyes lingered on Carly and Allison for just a little too long. “Need any help?”

“Yes,” Carly said. She could spot a fat admirer from a mile away. “You’re awfully cute. Can you tell your chef to put double the butter in his next pan of mac ‘n cheese and deliver it to our table? I’m trying to fatten up my friend here. She’s all skin and bones!”

Carly grabbed Allison’s burgeoning potbelly and shook it for effect. Allison blushed. The greeter blushed.

“See, we’re gonna be eating lots and lots of plates of food today,” Carly said. “But walking up to get all those plates is gonna tire us out. We’ll get the first plates, but maybe you could help from there? If you’re nice, I’ll even let you feed my friend a spoonful of cake.”

The greeter gulped, clearly excited. He nodded his head.

“Great!” Carly said, then whispered, “Better tuck that boner into your waistband!”

The greeter looked mortified and quickly put his hands over his crotch.

Carly and Allison left to load up plates with chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, pork belly, and lasagna.

“Do you do that to every fat admirer you see?” Allison asked when they sat down.

“Men are dogs,” Carly said, rolling her eyes. “I just happen to be the best dog trainer. And make sure you take some photos of your belly before you dig in! Fans of Luscious Lilly will want to see the before and after shots.”

It felt a bit strange to take a bunch of selfies of herself in Golden Corral. Selfies were for fit, slim girls at the club, not chubby girls spilling out of their clothes at an endless buffet. But then Allison realized something. This buffet was like her club. And just like the skinny, blonde bitches that crave attention at the club, Allison wanted everyone to know that she felt hot at this buffet. She snapped pic after pic, at different angles and distances. She sucked in just a little bit because she knew it would make her “after” photos even more dramatic.

Then they dug in.

Allison was starving. She had missed breakfast. She shoveled the fattening food down her gullet, even moaning occasionally as she ate. She felt like she was inhaling the food. But when she looked up, she saw that Carly had already finished her first plate and was working on her second.

“Holy crap,” Allison said.

“And I ate breakfast at the airport,” Carly said, grinning. “Try to keep up.”

Allison had always been competitive growing up. Soccer, lacrosse, Quiz Bowl, you name it. But she had never thought of having an eating competition. She tore into her food, feeling like an absolute hog. She was so engrossed she didn’t even realize when the greeter came with an entire tray of mac ‘n cheese fresh from the kitchen.

“Double buttered mac ‘n cheese,” he said, setting down the tray. “Just like you lovely ladies ordered.”

Allison looked up surprised and wiped the food from her mouth.

“Forgive me, I must look like such a pig,” Allison said, noticing the twinkle in his eyes. “You probably see lots of girls coming in here and pigging out, don’t you?”

“Occasionally,” he said.

“I bet that’s why you took this job,” Carly said, winking. “Just keep the food coming. We won’t disappoint you.”
