Chapter 4 – Bad Planning
Sarah frowned down at her jeans as she struggled to pull them up past her growing ass. Where most girls certainly didn’t mind a bigger butt, Sarah had one her whole life and didn’t feel like it needed to be bigger than it already was. Her butt had other plans though.

“Come on ya fuck! Weren’t you big enough before?” Sarah tugged and pulled at her jeans which seemed to move ever so slightly at every tug. At least they moved. Finally, with one great heave, Sarah managed to pull them up past her ass and maneuver them around her waist. She frowned again as she saw that the buttons on her pants were not planning on buttoning with ease either. Seemed like everything was planning against her today. It certainly was not her first rodeo though. She squirmed, sucked in, and tugged at them, slowly managing to button each one. They were are challenging to deal with but the top button proved to be the most stubborn of the lot. She yanked and pulled at it, forcing it to concede.

To her surprise, she was slightly out of breath. Felt like she just did a workout. Perhaps she had. If she had looked in the mirror, she would see a small patch of fat sticking out from her jeans forming a small muffin top. But she didn’t look. She was already late for work and hadn’t planned on being any later than she already was. So she just threw on her shirt, which was tighter on her than she remembered, and ran out the door, not having time to eat breakfast.

Work was the same as always. It was boring. Sarah sat in her office cubicle and typed away. Writing emails, creating memos, proposing new business ventures which would surely be overlooked or rejected. The only thing that kept her going was the thought of food. While typing away, she thought about what she would have for lunch. While answering phone calls, she thought about what she would eat for dinner. While writing up invoices, she thought about whether or not she could afford dessert tonight. The answer always seemed to be yes as of late. What she hadn’t thought about was how the added calories would effect her delicate frame.

An hour past and it was lunch time. Her stomach welcomed lunch with a loud grumble. It seemed her stomach was grumbling a lot more often lately. But Sarah hadn’t really noticed. The only thing she cared about at that moment was food. She was starving. Perhaps not eating breakfast was a bad idea. Perhaps she should start buying some snacks to leave at her office. Sarah paused for a moment to think about all the possible snacks that she could have by her side. “Chocolate bars, candy, snack cakes, cookies, tw-“. Her thoughts were disturbed by a McDonald’s employee.

“Welcome to McDonald’s. What can I get for you today?” said a short man in a monotonous tone. “Umm, I’ll get a big mac with a side of fries and a large diet coke please!” her voice full of excitement. “Is there anything else?” replied the employee. “No. That’s all” Then she spotted a chocolate croissant in the corner of her eye. “Oh! Actually, I’ll get a chocolate croissant as well.” The man at the counter typed something down on his computer screen before telling her the price. Sarah paid and the man gave her a receipt. “It’ll just be a couple minutes”. Said the man. “Next!”

It wasn’t a couple minutes. Or, maybe it was. Truth be told, she had scarcely waited for 5 minutes, but Sarah was becoming increasingly impatient for her food. She was hungry and she wanted to eat. Needed to eat. When her number was finally called, she rushed up to the counter and snagged the bag from the employee. She made her way to the nearest table, put in her air pods, and, hardly able to contain herself, opened up her big mac. She scarfed down the fatty burger within minutes only to find herself disappointed that it was already gone. The burger seemed to only enlarge her ever-growing need for food. She grabbed the box of fries and began to eat them putting 1, 2, 6 fries in her mouth at a time. She hardly finished chewing before she grabbed another handful of fries and stuffed them into her mouth. “Sooo good!” she moaned, bits of food flying from her mouth. It wasn’t long before she finished the fries too. She was still kind of hungry and realized that all she had left was the croissant. “Well, I suppose I should order more next time” she thought as she chugged the rest of her drink. “Or maybe… Nah. I shouldn’t. I couldn’t…” Sarah smiled at the smell of food. “Maybe just one more…” She thought. “After all, not ordering more the first time around was just bad planning.”
