Rose settled into her new life very well. Becoming a prominent figure in town and not just physically. She had many connections, friends and fans who adored her. Rose decided she wanted to claim stake in her territory and really make her mark on this town.

Morgan has slowly regained her consciousness with the help of medication from the town laboratory. Rose could actually hang out with her friend again and it was very nice. Even though they still often stuffed their faces.

One day while walking through the park Rose told Morgan about her plans to run for town mayor. Why not, she was extremely popular, more intelligent then when she left home and a good role model. Morgan wasn’t sure it was the best idea but she loves her friend very dearly, so she decides to support Rose's mayoral race. After campaigning through town and taking her political campaign very seriously Rose was elected mayor of ‘Cuscham’.

Rose's first policies were to help make the town more eco-friendly. She supplemented the municipal office with the money she made from the internet. Although her intentions were good at first the power slowly got to Rose's head. She thought since she was a happy fatty maybe she should live in a town of happy fatties. She filled the town with propaganda promoting “Fat Culture”. Only showing plus sized models encouraging women to have more children. She had vending machines and dairy products sold in school cafeterias, extended meal times and break periods. She even convinced her old lab mates to supplement the town's water supply with hunger stimulants and appetite enhancers.

Over her year as mayor many of the citizens had developed bulging bellies and had swelled to quite chubby sizes. Rose had declared that this town would now be the ice cream capital of the world and sent trucks around and established huge ice cream parlors. The people now flushed with the same hunger medicine Morgan were ignorant of what was happening to them.

Rose loved her little piggies and as she walked through town she saw only fat little hogs blissfully stuffing their stomachs full of ice cream. It was paradise. How could Rose abandon all her piggies when her mayoral term was up she had to find a way to lead them to salvation.

Rose, after developing a complex political plan, declared herself Queen and declared the small town a monarchy. The people or rather pigs in the streets cheered for the new queen as she was rolled across town. Her new policies affected her as much as it did her people. She now weighed over 500 pounds. Her huge mammary mountains sat upon a massive ocean of belly flesh. Her thundering legs toted a massive ass that brushed against doorways as she walked by. She renamed her province ‘Cream’.

Rose was now the Queen of Cream.
