By the time the day reached for their next appointment with doctor Wu, even Kelly and Renee"s closest friends, especially those that hadn't seen them recently, would never recognize the couple.

For starters, every knew them as the tall and lean guy with the short and fat wife. But neither of them fit those discriptions at all now. Renee was still technically overweight, but most of her bidy mass was now muscle, except for her milk filled melons of ciurse.

The now 5'8", and literally 6'5" in her 7 inch stiletto heels Renee looked the taller of the two and probably actually was due to the way her fattened husband now carried himself. Due to the enourmous pull of gravity of his belly and big rounded moobs, the now 330 pound Renee never really reached his full height as he slouched and arched his back. Cuncurrently his thickened legs, especially his now fat and creamy thighs likewise had pushed his legs outwards into a slight waddle.

From behind, they looked like some great big Amazonian lesbian couple. Hell, even from the front, the shaven face of Kelly, affected by effectively two months of reverse hormone therapy, was hard to easily diatinguish as immediately masculine.

Kelly who had been in a state of eternal bliss over the past two months, finally began to comprehend the extent of his transformation so far, when he tried to get dressed.

Nothing fit, and we're not talking about Kelly's clothes being ill fitting. No. Kelly who had simply laid around naked all day simply had no idea the extent of the damage from the combined drug cocktail he'd constantlty been downing and a total lack of any real exercise.

Well, it all hit Kelly in his big, fat and now somewhat femine face as his tall, muscular, fit, and curvy wife laughed as he couldn't even get his pant legs even half way up his very chubby, very thick, and feminine shaped legs. None of his shirts even fit, or if they did somehow manage to get over his own "D" cups, they rode up like crop tops, exposing his fluff and fat midsection. Not even his underwear fit. Luckily for Kelly, Renee had kept all of her clothing from a variety of different sizes.
