Kelly was finally dressed but sulking that he was forced to dip into some of his wife's larger sized wardrobe in order not to miss their appointment with the doctor.

That fattened Kelly fidgeted around in the waiting room as he wasn't used to how his wife's silken panties felt yet next to his skin. And the pair of shorts, she'd given him, with a small pleat in the side flanks for running did nothing to hide his raging boner nor his fat and dimpled hips. The oversized and wide necked shirt she gave her husband did cover his massive boobs and belly, but just barely.

The door to the doctor's office opened to reveal a wide grinning and buxom, tall, Amazonian Asian doctor. Dressed in what looked more like a sexy cosplay doctor rather than a real one, Vivian waved them in with a viscious smile. The now long and lengthened bombshell that was his wife, strode in on her 7 inch stilettos like a movie star, while seemingly big breasted and extremely fat girlfriend shuffled behind in a pair of ill fitting leggings.

Kelly could feel both the receptionist and the doctor's eyes scanning his blueberry body up and down, from his cute little doubled chins down to his boobs and belly, not to mention his thick legs ending in a pair of thick cankles.

As he passed the doctor, she placed one of her hands on his thick love handles and directed him in. And if that wasn't unprofessional enough as it was, the doctor left her hand there for quite some time and gave them a good squeeze before separating herself from her fattened prized pig and sauntering off to her seat behind her large mahogany desk.

"So, there's good news and there's bad news", said the Doctor with a rather pedestrian smile.

"Well, the bad news is that you're not pregnant yet, but I'm taking it you already knew that, right?"

"Yeah", sighed Renee as her husband awkwardly put one of his batwinged arms around somewhat lean and muscular wife.

"But, all of your numbers are moving in the right direction, for both of you, just look", said the doctor showing them printouts that sure enough showed that everything from their collective blood pressures, to their cholesterol levels, were reading like peak athletes. That was everything besides Kelly's weight gain and the subsequent feminization of his form.
