Chapter 5 - new clothes

The next morning Zoe was happy to noticed her stomach had gone down since their visit to the mall.
She still noticed a bit of a bulge but she was sure it wouldn’t be noticeable once she’d put on some clothes. She wanted to look good for her date with Ethan after all.
None of them had actually used the word ‘date’ but there was no mistaking Ethan intention after he’d called her pretty yesterday.
Especially because Zoe knew she hadn’t done any effort to look good. She’d worn jeans and a simple tight shirt.
Sure, normally it was a good look for her, but not after she’d just eaten enough for 2 adults.
She thought that maybe Ethan was one of those guys who liked a girl with an appetite.
Why else would he’ve suggested she’d eat even more?
Well, she could always test her theory later...

She’d been really tired so she’d slept in. It was almost midday. Zoe noticed Victoria had left her a note.
“Hello sleeping beauty! I won’t be home untill toninght. I’m going swimming and this afternoon I’ll be hanging with Matthew. See ya! x Vi”
Zoe expected as much.
However she’d hoped she could’ve asked Victoria to join her for a run. She liked running with Erinn but she needed someone to push her tempo and lately Erinn wasn’t in good enough shape for that.
Her stomach roared, after all she had skipt breakfast.

Zoe decided it wasn’t a good idea to go jogging on an empty stomach. Instead she texted Anna and Erinn to see if they wanted to meet up at the cafeteria.
When neither of the two ansered, she decided to call Anna.
“Hello?”, Anna groggily answered the phone.
“Good morning sleepy head! or should I say good middag?”, Zoe joked.
“Uh. I don’t want leave my bed. Digesting askes a lot of energy, you know? I am tired.” Anna complained.
“Oh so you don’t want to grab something to eat at the cafeteria? sorry to bother you, good-“
“NO no! I didn’t say that! Give me half an hour to wake up Erinn and to get dressed. We’ll meet you there”, Anna replied quickly.
Zoe smiled. She knew Anna would never say no to food.
“Uhm.. Is Victoria coming too?”, Anna asked nervously.
“No, she left early for a swim and this afternoon she’ll be with Matthew.”
“Oh, okay. It’s just I haven’t done my laundry yet and after yesterday my outfit options might be quite limited, if you know what I mean”
Zoe wasn’t sure what she meant but she’d see soon enough.
“See you in half an hour!”
Anna hang up the phone and went to Erinn’s room dressed in her undies and an old grey shirt.
She felt her upperlegs toughing each other and how her boobs rested on her belly.
She sighed.
Her sisters had told her the weight plateau she’d reached, wouldn’t hold in colleges.
She was prepared to go up a size, but just hadn’t invisioned it happening even before the lessons had started. She might need to check up on her weight soon.

First she knocked on Erinn’s room, but when she didn’t answer, Anna opened the door and turned on the lights.
Erinn grunted and tries to turn on her belly to bury her face into her pillow.
Erinn noticed the turn asked more effort than before.
“Anna... what’s going on? I wanna sleep”, she said grumpily.
“I know, that was my first reaction too but Zoe called, we’re meeting in the cafeteria in half an hour”, explained Anna.
“I’ll be in the bathroom, make sure you’re ready”
Anna grabbed a black stretchy skirt. All her pants that fitted needed to be washed, and there wasn’t enough time to try on one of her ‘maybe they’ll fit’ pants.
So she went for the skirt.
She chose a light blue sweater to go with it and some knee high socks. But first she took the scale from under the sink and placed it on the floor.
She threw her shirt and panties on the floor and stepped naked on the scale.
She waited for the numbers to appear.
*159 lbs*
Anna sighed.
The last time she’d stepped on the scale it had read 145 lbs.
Had she really gained 14 pounds? Well at least she didn’t have to fear to gain the freshman 15, she was practically already there.

She put on a bra and some new panties and went over to their full length mirror.
She’d tried to spot if the extra pounds had made a significant difference. But she knew it was a stupid question.
Because she was only 5’2, evey pound she added was visible.
Her double chin seemend more visible even when she didn’t tilt her head. Her upper arms seemed to have a little more flab to them when she waved her arms. No matter how far her feet stood apart, the insides of her thights always touched.
She noticed some more dimpels in her ass.
Jup, she’d found the destination of her extra fat.
Almost all of it must’ve gone to her ass.
Suddenly she feared if her stretchy skirt would fit. There was only one way to find out...
She grabbed the skirt from the floor and tried putting it on.
There was no zipper so the material had to stretch all around her massive behind. It went about without much difficulty untill she reached her butt cheeks.
She tried to wiggle her self in it. However there was little success.
The skirt had gone up, but was now at the area were her butt was the biggest.
She knew she needed help if she wanted this to work.
“Erinn? I need your help, but first you must promises not to make fun of me!”, Anna called out.
“Ha, what happend did you too split your pants?” Erinn repeated.
Anna was confused, what did Erinn just say? It was hard thinking clearly while she didnt feel any blood flowing to her feet.
“Just get in here!”
Erinn entered the bathroom in only her underwear.
“Okay tell me what to do”.
Anna told Erinn she really needed this skirt to work but she couldn’t get it up any further.
“Okay so here’s what we’re gonna do. You’re gonna jump, and when you come down I’m gonna keep your skirt up. So hopefully you’ll slide deeper into it.”
Surprisingly, their tactic worked.
Anna was happy she’d chosen a dark pair of undies, because the black fabric of her skirt was stretched so hard it became partly see trough.
“Maybe next time we should just paint clothes on you”, Erinn joked.
Anna laughed and quickly put on her sweater to hide her huge lovehandles.
“Oh no! We were supposed to be in the cafeteria by now and your still in your underwear, Erinn!” Anna panicked.
“Yeah about that. Do you happen to have any size 8 pants? my size 6s just won’t do after yesterday’s feast.”
Anna frowned.
She hadn’t noticed Erinn had gained some extra padding, just like her.
Actually, it kind of made her feel better.
“Oh gosh, size 8 I’m afraid I didn’t even bring those, but I might have a small size 10 if your willing to try?” Anna offered.
Erinn sighed. She couldn’t believe she’d be trying on a size 10.
“Yeah sure. I’ll wear them with a belt or something.”

Zoe had been waiting for 10 minutes, when she saw Anna and Erinn enter the cafeteria.
Judging form their clothes, Zoe guessed they must’ve had a wardrobe malfunction.
Anna was wearing is skirt so tight, it almost became see through. Her blue sweater was also quite tight but at least it contained her belly.
Erinn was wearing pants Zoe had never seen her in before. They seemed a bit loose which looked odd with how short they were for Erinn.
Zoe realized them must’ve been an old pair from Anna, who was a lot shorter than Erinn. Erinn wore a V-neck sweater which accentuated her new found curves.
“Hey, Zoe! Sorry we’re late”, Anna sat while sitting down.
“No problem, I haven’t decided what to order any way so it doesn’t matter I’m glad you’re here”, Zoe said.
“I’m not sure I should be eating. I really had my reality check this morning”, Erinn said.
“Nonesence! It’s very unhealthy to skip a meal. All you need is some new clothes. Besides I think I can hear your belly calling for food”, Anna laughed.
Zoe had heard Erinn’s belly rumbles as well and that reminded her how hungry she was herself.
“Ugh. You’re right. Anyone would like to see me squize into some new clothing at the mall?”, Erinn said while reading the menu.
“I need some new clothes too, I’ll join you”, Anna responded.
“You coming to, Zoe?”
Zoe thought for a second. She didn’t need new clothing as desperate as Erinn or Anna, but she did have a date tonight and wasn’t sure what to wear.
“Yeah, sure. But I wanne be back by 6 pm.”
“Don’t tell me you’re going to one of those evening zumba classes are you?”, Erinn said with an eyeroll.
“Haha, what? No, actually I’m meeting with Ethan tonight”, Zoe felt her face growing red and tried avoiding eyecontact with her friends.
“What?! Zoe next time you start with that information before whe discuss anything else!”, Erinn exclaimed.
“Oh, I’m so happy for you. I think you two look very good together”, said Anna with a big smile.
“I don’t want to make a big deal out of it. It’s our first date. I’m not even sure it IS a date. We’ve never used the term before”, Zoe told them.
“Zoe he called you pretty and texted you last night instead of today. It’s a date alright”
Erinn loved Zoe a lot but sometimes she could be so insecure.
“I am gonna grab some pizza, do I need to bring some extra for you?”, Erinn asked her friends.
“Yeah, sure. Pizza sounds fine.” Anna showed her a thumbs up.
Zoe and Anna talked about a tv show they both liked while Erinn grabbed their food.
Zoe had expected her to grab 1 of maybe 2 slice each, but Erinn returned with 16 slices.
“You trying to fill in my pants?” Anna joked.
“Ha, I’d rather not! I order 8 slices, but apparently it’s 2 for 1 or something so now we’ve got 16”, Erinn explained.
“Well no way I’m eating more than 2. Ethan may have called me pretty yesterday when I had a foodbaby but I hardly doubt he’ll be oblivious about it a second time”, Zoe said before taking a first bite.
Little did she know that Ethan had spotted her foodbaby and actually found it arousing.
“You’ve got nothing to worry about. You have a great body and 7 more hours to digest. Eat all you want.” Anna complimented her.
Zoe noticed that Anna had put two slices on top of each other and was eating them together.
If Victoria had been there she most certainly would have made a comment about it.
Zoe actually missed her. She was the only one of them with a boyfriend and maybe she could’ve helped Zoe with preparing for her date.
Besides Ethan was a friend of Matthew. Maybe Victoria knew some interesting details about him.
She considered stopping by Matthew later.

While talking the girls lost track with how many slices each had eaten and in the end only one was left. Zoe couldn’t believe Anna and Erinn had eaten 13 slices together, untill she looked at her own belly and realized she’d obviously eaten more than just the two she had planned.
Her foodbaby wasn’t nearly as big as yesterday nevertheless it was there.

She returned to her room to grab her handbag and jacket. She was searching for her bag when she heard a knock on the door.
She was surprised to see Matthew at her door.
“Hey, Matthew, can I help you with something?”, she asked cheerfully.
“Hello, Zoe, is Victoria around?”
Zoe was confused. Victoria had writen in her note that she’d be with Matthew and the swimmingpool closed form 12h till 14h so where could Victoria be?
To be honest Zoe had an idea were she might be. At another boy, but there was no way she was going to inform Matthew of her suspicions.
“Oh, I’m sorry Matthew, she’s not here. Haven’t seen her all day, actually.”
Matthew looked disappointed.
Zoe liked Victoria, but Matthew was just too good for her.
Zoe felt kind of bad for him.
“I’ll let you know if I hear anything from her, okay?”, Zoe said, but Matthew already seemed lost in thought.
“Can I maybe wait here untill she returns?” Matthew asked.
“Oh, I am sorry but I’m leaving in a minute, I’m going to the mall with Erinn and Anna”
She felt bad, he looked like he didn’t want to be alone.
“Doesn’t matter. You’re going to buy something for your date?”, Matthew asked to chance the subject.
He noticed Zoe turning red the second he’d said the word ‘date’.
“No need to blush, Ethan told me. He’s actually quite excited”, he winked at her.
Zoe chuckled.
“He is? Did he really use the word date?”
Matthew thought it was cute how insecure she was. He put a hand on her shoulder and said:
“Really, Zoe. You don’t have to worry. Ethan is a great guy, he doesn’t go on dates unless he really likes someone”, he pointed his finger at her.
“Just be yourself tonight, if you wanna go in leggings, he’d be fine with that, if you want to make a pig out of yourself or get drunk, it’s fine. He already likes you. Tonight is more about deciding if YOU like HIM.”
Zoe actually never thought about it that way.
She was happy Matthew was here to give her some advice. She’d really needed that.
“Thanks a lot, Matthew”, she smiled.
He smiled back.
“No problem, I’ll leave you now, have fun tonight!”
Zoe took her bag, put on her coat, locked her room and left for the mall. She was even more excited for her date than before.


Zoe noticed Erinn had gotten quite silent. She assumed the reality of buying bigger clothes had left her lost in thought.
Anna was actually more chatty than usual. She’d bought a lot of clothes.
She’d discovered a store that had a wide size range and actually sold more than 3 outfit options that fitted her.
She’d explained to Zoe and Erinn that there were plenty of shirts or sweaters that fitted her, but because of how short she was, she had a lot of difficulty finding pants, skirts and dresses. They were either too small or too long. But this store proudly claimed that they had something for every figure and bodyshape.
Zoe had also bought something there: a fancy blouse, that fitted her well even though she wasn’t very gifted in the breast area.
She’d also found the perfect outfit for her date tonight.
She needed something that accentuated her desirable figure, without looking as though she was trying too hard.
Something in between classy and casual.
She’d found a bordeaux pencil skirt that accentuated her flat stomach and a see through mesh black top. She’d also bought a black bralette and a silver necklace to draw attention to it.
At first she thought it had been a bit to much, but Erinn told her that if she was going to do the see through look, it would be wasted if she’d just wear it with a black top underneath.

After they’d all bought new clothes there was still some time to kill bedore her date.
Erinn and Anna had decided to have ‘a date of their own’ and would be doing a cheese and wine evening at their room.
The two girls left for the foodmarket and Zoe went home to get ready for her date.
She decided to start early to make sure she’d be ready on time.
She showered, shaved her legs, did her make up and hair and put on her new outfit.
When she checked the time, she was surprised to see at was only 7pm. One more hour before she’d meet Ethan.
She decided to go hang at Erinn and Anna’s room, to kill the time.
It didn’t take long before Zoe had excepted a glass of wine to help calm her nerves.
They’d eaten taco’s at the mall, but at the sight of all the bread and cheese, Zoe could help but try some.
They laughed and joke and the time flew by untill it was time for Zoe to go meet Ethan in the hall downstairs.
She was starting to feel the wine, oblivious of Anna who had refilled her own glass and those of her friends more than once.
Zoe was also oblivious about the pressure she felt in her stomach, which was now pressed tightly against her pencilskirt.
She gave her friends a hug before leaving and heard Erinn yelling “Good luck!” just after she closed the door.
