A persuasive pair

Chapter 2

Four in the afternoon wasn’t exactly the most bumping time at the local Denny’s — which is what was perfect for the two ravenous roommates.

Fresh off a shift surrounded by coffee, pastries, and breakfast foods, Melissa thought this would be the perfect meeting spot for her and Kennedy to conduct their initial interviews for a roommate. Crammed into the supersized booth, Mel leaned over the cold tabletop, resting her heavy breasts in the crook of her elbows which rested along the edge of the table. Kennedy sat to her right, her thick thighs spread open on either side of the table leg. Her knees nudged Melissa incessantly, the two big bimbos arguably nearing the spacial capacity of the space.

As the matronly waitress approach to clear their second pass of “All You Can Eat Pancakes”, she smiled and asked, “Are we going to take a breather before the next round?”

Slurping her mostly-cream-and-sugar coffee, Mel nodded. It was nearly time for their first candidate, and the two friends had agreed to be on their best behaviour so as not to scare off the prospective clients.

Kennedy was somewhat discouraged by this course of action — in traditional fashion, she was greedy and liked having her own space and her tight circle. But the two girls knew this was a necessary evil. Mel had taken leadership, with internet postings and coordinations between prospective parties. In truth, her desire bordered desperation. She missed her old lifestyle so much, and she needed it back, now.

Kennedy swiped through her phone absentmindedly, the dimple between her elbow and fat tricep flexing with each miniature muscular movement. Melissa eyed the table syrup, and in a desperate caloric Hail Mary, reached over and poured a healthy tablespoon or two into her coffee.

“Here she is.” Melissa said as she stopped sipping.

Through the front door emerged the first candidate: just barely. In a soft, plush pink summer-sweat-set, Melissa eyed their potential space sharer. Truth be told, this one was ideal for the two of them. Mel had started on the scale of “similar vibes” and gradually transitioned to “someone new”.

Kennedy looked up and her jaw dropped. “Her?”

Thundering across the space, Michaela Gardiner caused the single stand two-seater tables to shift ever so slightly with each step. Her tanned, plush thighs burst out from the seven inch inseam of her shorts, and the tight zip up hoodie crested her belly button, sneaking peeks at her deep belly button. Her smile only caused her fat face and double chin to swell further as she waved and waddled over.

“Hiiiiiiiii! Are you Kennedy?” Michaela bubbled brightly.

Mel stood up and extended her hand. “I’m Melissa, this is Kennedy.” Mel knew her friend well enough that she could tell this was a major life event. Michaela eyed the booth and placed one hand on the table top, the other on one of her generous hips.

“Gals, I don’t think we’re gonna be able to squeeze in here together. Give me a second.” The two girls watched as the bottom heavy blonde lifted two chairs from a nearby table and dropped them at the mouth of the booth. She sunk into her seat, testing the limits of her stomach’s waistband.

“Yknow, this time last year, I could fit both my ass cheeks on one of these things — now they each need their own.” Michaela giggled as she picked up a menu and waived over the waitress.

Kennedy could barely see straight. Melissa was left to handle the business.

“I love your fit, girlie.” Mel said, touching her forearm.

Michaela smiled and zipped her sweater lower, revealing deep and bountiful cleavage. “Thanks! Honestly, I’m nearing size-up-season. I just got back from Europe with my boyfriend and I have to say, we definitely enjoyed ourselves.” She patted her stomach like an expectant mother.

The waitress arrived and smiled. “What can I get yous?”

Michaela turned to Kennedy and Melissa, “Is it okay if I eat? It’s been like…almost two hours for me. Long drive.”

They smiled and nodded, and watched as Michaela ordered what felt like half the menu. “Turkey Club, the chilli nachos, chocolate shake and a strawberry shake, cheese fries, and then the All You Can Eat Pancake special too please, darling.”

“ - I’ll do the same.” Kennedy piped up from the corner of the booth. Melissa, from the side of her eye, noticed her undo the top button on her jeans and lift her belly out of the constraints.

Michaela smiled. “So, let’s get to know each other! When I saw your ad, I was like … is this my chance to finally break free? I’m a bit older than both of you, but I think we can make it work. I moved home after dropping out of college, been living with my folks for a while, but after going away to Europe for a few months, I’ve had the taste of independence and I’d love to keep that going. Whereabouts is your place, again?”

“We’re right downtown, just across from White Oak Mall —“ Melissa smiled.

“ — oh, there’s a McDonald’s and Pizza Hut and KFC right in that plaza, isn’t there?”

“And an all you can eat sushi.” Kennedy piped up.

Michaela leaned back and exposed the bottom lip of her fat gut, rubbing the top of her empty dome. “Okay no more food talk, I’m literally salivating over here.”

There was an uncomfortable beat. Mel couldn’t get a read on Kennedy, who seemed overwhelmed but incoherent.

“I have to say,” Michaela said, leaning forward, “I’m relieved we’re all in the same boat, yknow? Likeminded souls, is the vibe I’m getting.”

“How do you mean?” Kennedy said, eyeing the waitress loading up a wheeler cart of food for the three gluttonous girls.

“Like…I’m glad you girls aren’t afraid of a good meal.”

Mel smiled. “Definitely not. We were hoping to find someone who could keep up with us, truth be told.”

Michaela laughed, her bountiful jowls bouncing. “Mmmm, no disrespect but, I’m getting the sense that maybe it would be you trying to keep up with me. I’m a lot bigger than you two.”

Kennedy fired up. “Not really. You should’ve seen me before.”

“Oh yeah?” Michaela smiled as the mountain of plates arrived at the too-small table.

“Yeah.” Kennedy said, snatching her orders from the waitress. “I was fucking huge.”

“What happened then?” Michaela said with a deeply sensual smile.

“We got poor.” Mel jumped in. Sitting between Michaela and Kennedy, she felt like she was stuck in a tennis match. Kennedy clearly had been reinvigorated by this competition — Michaela was probably close to 100lbs heavier than the bright blonde bimbo, and knew how to throw her weight around.
