**Chapter 9: The Fair**

The day had finally arrived, and the girls were loaded onto a truck. The farmer's sinister plan was about to unfold as he transported them to a nearby fair.

The fairgrounds buzzed with excitement as visitors from all around gathered for the annual event. The air was filled with the aroma of cotton candy and popcorn, a stark contrast to the stifling, sweaty barn the girls had called home for so long.

**Emma:** *whispering to Laura* "I can't believe it's come to this, Laura. We're on display like freaks."

**Laura:** *nodding* "I know, Emma. This is horrible“
Their cages were placed side by side, forming a grim spectacle that drew curious onlookers. The sight of four naked pigs, their bodies grotesquely obese, covered in celulites, fat rolls and stretch marks held in captivity like animals, was both shocking and morbidly fascinating.

As the day wore on, the girls endured the gaze of the crowd, their humiliation deepening with every passing hour. They exchanged glances filled with sorrow and regret, but also a glimmer of hope that someone, somewhere, would recognize their plight.
