Solitary consequences

Chapter 3 - the party

"Yeah man, are you going too? See, I'll only go if you do. There's no one really worth talking to there, if you don't go," the proposition from Alex kind of changed my mind on the matter.
"Well I guess... I mean, I haven't really gotten out from underneath the my rock in ages and seen anyone. May as well," I replied while flipping the paged of my calendar, "But I might need a lift if you're going."
"Looks like I'm going then. Guess I can provide a lift. Want me to swing by like, ten minutes before it starts? Arrive stylistically late?"
"That would give me enough time to get ready, yeah. Ten minutes before. All good? See you then man," I set the phone back on its hook, glanced at the clock - 5:30pm. My parents shouldn't mind.
Wandering into the kitchen on the way to my room I announced, "There's a party that I'm going to tonight mum, Alex is picking my up so don't worry about moving. I'll be back at 11 or 12 dep-"
"Why do you never tell me about these things before hand?..." my mum interrupted.
"Well I wasn't wanting to go until Alex said he was going... plus I haven't been social in ages. I mean, with my game in development."
"...Okay. Just don't wake everyone one up when you get back home. Take your keys with you too."
With that out the way, I turned away and continued down the unlit white hallway to my bedroom where I formulated a decent dress sense and checked myself in the mirror. Pretty good. Might get the girls tonight - I scoffed at my mental remark and checked my iPhone - Facebook. Ah, Jaana was going to be there. So was Michael and Sarah. They are some chilled people, worth talking too. Especially Jaana... I had a strange attraction to her ever since she met me at College and we hung out in our little friend group that was, to me, more of a social filler while I was at college to prevent me from isolating myself from the society that I did not fully agree with. I needed to maintain some sort of sociability; there's no point being a stingy, lonely guy in college. But those gem-like eyes. The innocent and quiet gaze that came from them, and those perfect, arched eyebrows. While I didn't want any emotional distractions while I was here to purely learn and set myself up for future, I couldn't prevent the occasional emotional tugging that she influenced. A man can be weak sometimes. But then again, perhaps I was just hard on myself in a kind of... mental reasoning to why I had decided to stay away from relationships after I was torn through multiple heart breaks. Was a sincere and honest man like me really to be condemned to that kind of torment? All I wanted was a stable relationship where trust and honesty and sexual comfort was abundant. It never came. I grew to think it never would. I was always deceived into something that wasn't destined to last. Even for three weeks. I always latched on quickly and grew on my loves strongly, and when breaking time came I was shattered. So as a final and resolute decision, I mentally sentenced myself to seclusion from such hurt. That is why I had to be careful. But still, Jaana had something about her that just pulled me in anyway. I longed to be the one to bring warmth to those lonely eyes, to be the who stands as the foundation when she falls. I mustn't stray on it too long anyway, I thought. It could get me hooked... hah. The door bell rang.
"John, Alex is here I think," my mother called.
Grabbing my keys and phone, a strode to the door and shut it behind me. The dim light enshrouded me as I walked to Alex's car and slipped into the passenger seat, "Hey man. Let's roll."
We jolted slightly as the car rolled out of my driveway and as we pulled off I asked, "Do you know who's actually gonna be there?"
"Michael I think, he's good to talk to, Sarah I know, Jaana (that name again... always struck a chord), Kim, Andrew... I think Brad, Dave and a few others that I don't really know that well."
"Wait, who's actually holding this party?"
"Dave I'm pretty sure."
"You better get us to the right place..." I said, punching him and laughing.
Along the rest of the way Alex and I kept talking about things and other things and more things.

The night shrouded Dave's house in a dark that prevented observation of its details. All I could make out was the drive way and the brick porch that was illuminated with a slight blue wash form the inside lights. It seemed the gathering had already started.
"John and Alex are here!" was shouted by Sarah as she rushed to the sliding door, the party atmosphere turning its attention towards us. Without waiting another minute we walked in and wandered around greeting everyone, talking about what had happened in the holidays so far and starting to get bit drunk. I stayed back, not because I was against drinking, but more because I was a weed kinda guy. If I wanted a bit of fun time, it was weed for me - it prevented me from taking violent action.
I couldn't help myself... I saw Jaana over in one corner talking to Alex. I wandered over.
"Haha, you idiot, so you went over to the check-out lady and asked for tampons?" I heard her ask after laughing. She even had a delicate voice.
"Come on look, I was tired." Alex replied with an embarrassed smile.
"I wouldn't want to be you after that, what did she say to you then?"
"You don't even want to know."
With a laugh she turned away to grab a whole plate of chips that was sitting un-eaten on the table next to her. Her hair flowed from her head in dark-blonde torrents who's each strand shone individually in the colored lights of the Dressed in a slick black dress with small grey patterns on it, and a leather mini-jacket that glossed slightly in the dim light, I swooned slightly at the sight of her. Although something was different about her. I couldn't quite pick it.
"John! Hey, how are you?" she implied with a mouth half-full of food and a gleam in her eyes.
"I'm good, how are you? You look great by the way," I replied, partly regretting complimenting her. But I just couldn't help it. But then I realized why.
As she lowered herself onto the black leather couch with her plate full of chips, her stomach swelled out onto her lap enough to give her a paunch. Her bare arms bore more width aside her bigger breasts. Her legs spread slightly more than I remember as she sat down. Caught in the moment, I was gazing.
"John?" she asked.
"Sorry... I was just lost in thought for a second haha, I'm so out of it tonight."
"Why? Are you high?" She asked with a smirk.
"No, just tired."
"Lies..."
I laughed and was stuck for words.
"Anyway John, I was asking how you were...?" she continued.
"I just told you, I'm tired. But apart from that, I've been good. Having rest after such a massive amount of work DURING exams, really knocked me off."
"Yeah, same here. In fact, it's almost too good for me these holidays; my parents are out for three weeks and I have the house to myself!"
"Man, that would be great."
"Yeah, that would be why I'm getting this," she said ruefully looking down at her belly which she pressed against the layer of black clothing and her hand sunk in deliciously. I took note of a small double chin forming there now. Oh my god, this was too good to be true and I had to go to great efforts to contain my energy gathering down under.
"Um, well, it's not that bad," was all I could think of.
"You lie," she replied with a wink. I needed to sit down before I got a boner, so I sat down next to her.
"Pfft, and why exactly would I lie to you?"
"I don't know. All I know is that I'm heaps hungry."
I couldn't keep my gaze off of her new belly that was forming, and the thoughts swelling inside my head of her getting bigger just overwhelmed me. I needed to g relieve it...
"Could you excuse me for like, two minutes? I forgot to go to the toilet before I left and now I'm paying the price," was once again the best I could generate in an irrational moment of horniness. With a chuckle she dismissed me and I hurried off the toilets avoiding confrontation. Hurriedly I checked left and right that no one was around, slipped into the toilet, turned off the light and let go.

Your writing is amazing. This is up there with the \"Ugly\" saga in caliber and in content superior. Even when it got kind of long or wordy in the descriptions, it rocked so many kinds of hardcore.
