Chapter 7 - best friends

Krystal had just finished up cleaning the front table at her work and called for Kelli to come out front. "Time to go Kelli!!" but she heard no response. "Kelli?" Krystal walked into the backroom to find Kelli slumped over on herself, her sweatshirt hiked up and her soft love handles spilling out on one side. "Oh she's so beautiful," Krystal thought giving Kelli's exposed hips a pinch, "Wakey wakey!" Kelli jumped up shuffling her sweatshirt down over her stomach conscientiously "Oh my god, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to, I uh... I don't know what's happening today." "It's okay!" Krystal laughed, "I always take in drunk girls when their boyfriends break up with them and let them pass out in my back room." Kelli failed to see the humor in Krystal's joke, and was still rather embarrassed, "Thank you for being so nice, really but I should be going." "Not in this condition you aren't, how about I take you home, and I can bring you back to your car later, or something?" Krystal inquired, "Just relax and let me take care of ya today, I promise I'll do a good job. Just call it Southern Hospitality. In fact, we can go to my new place, I have some cleaning to do anyways, and you can lie on the couch till you sober up."

Kelli gave in and the two got in Krystal's car and drove a few blocks to her apartment. "Here we are!" Krystal exclaimed. Krystal lived in the upstairs of a town house; it was large with a bedroom and an enormous kitchen which connected to their living room. "Wow, this place is nice," Kelli said as she admired the new appliances and clean living which Krystal had. "Yeah, I got a great deal on it, just excuse me a second I'm gonna go get out of these work clothes," Krystal stated as she jumped into her room and peeled off her pants. Kelli slumped down on the couch and closed her eyes; she held another coffee in her hand and sipped from it gently. Krystal popped out of her room in thin gray sweats and a white tank top. Her sweats fit loosely around her ankles, but seemed to be very tight around her knees and up. Her stomach hung over slightly and had a few visible rolls on it. She was a little chubbier than Kelli, but about four inches shorter, they had to be the same weight. Krystal had the appearance of looking bigger because of her height. She had soft chubby arms and cute dimples when she smiled. Her enormous behind didn't move too much now when she didn't have her tight khakis on, although it did jiggle a lot, it did not fall or sag but it was perky and kept it's shape. Krystal had a dozen donuts on her kitchen table and opened the box grabbing one absently, "Want one? "No thanks I'm all set," Kelli replied. "Okay, so tell me what happened," Krystal asked plopping on the couch biting into her donut. She sat with her legs crossed; causing her sweat pants to stretch and Kelli noticed a few small creaks from the seams. Krystal blushed, "Whoops looks like I've been hitting the donuts a bit too hard lately, hahaha!" It didn't seem to bother her though and she ate the donut quickly in about three bites. "Well..." Kelli started...
Kelli Explained everything from the past few months, about her weight gain, and about Eli leaving on his trip, and how hard it was for her those months alone at her house. "Wow, so he just left you there huh?" Krystal asked. "Yeah, and he said he wanted to, like he was just okay leaving me for months and months to travel across the country," Kelli sniffled. "Well, how about we go find you a new boyfriend? I could use a nice man too, just you and me, you can show me around, and we can help each other find new boyfriends?" Krystal smiled, "You don't need a guy who would call you those names, there's a lot of good guys who appreciate nice curves, a lot of good girls too, or bad ones. Kelli looked at Krystal almost uncertainly as she winked and smiled at her, "Okay, deal." "Ooooohhhhh yesssss! I'm so excited! "Krystal squealed getting up and heading to the kitchen. "Sure you don't want a donut?" Krystal asked as she opened the box grabbing another for herself. "Sure," Kelli smiled getting up and heading into the kitchen.

A week had passed and Kelli and Krystal had hung out almost every day during it. They had become fast friends. Kelli did not get out much being tied up with Eli for the past year, and for that reason did not have many girlfriends at all. The two hung out after work every day, and would talk and laze around watching movies and TV shows together. Speaking of Eli, Kelli had not heard from him since he stormed out of the house and left her there. He hadn't come to grab clothes or his computer or anything, he had left everything there. Well, she hadn't heard from him until one day...
